If you need to share some of your data with a colleague or coworker,
you can easily do this by using this function to send the active data
object or project via e-mail.
To send the currently active data object or project via e-mail, please
follow the instructions below:
From the File menu,
select the Send Data by E-mail command.
Your default e-mail program will be opened and a new
mail template will be shown with the current active data object or project
attached. The subject will be automatically filled in with "Data
from Operatorname".
The body of the e-mail will contain the following predefined
text "The following data is attached:" followed by the name
of the attached data object. Please enter any additional information you
want to provide along with the data.
Enter the e-mail address of the recipient in the address
"To:" field of your e-mail program.
