Users might work on a particular fields of research not covered by the
default rules delivered with the installation of the software. Others
might want to use the rule data base in a different manner e.g. for substance
identification. In all these cases, users might want to setup their own
rule data bases from scratch. A new rule database is developed with the
Rule Designer.
Open the Rule
Designer.
From the File menu,
select New...
The current rule data base is closed and a blank new one is shown now.
To save the new rule data base, please use the Save
command.
