The auto scale Z function resets the current view port along the z-axis
and re-scales all objects enclosed
in a way, that the maximum z-axis range of all objects enclosed is visible
again. All other axes remain unchanged. Whenever the user wants to see
the full data range along the z-axis of all objects, e.g. after he has
zoomed into a particular data objects area to see details, he might apply
this function.
The auto scale Z function is applied to all available data objects in
the current active data view. So the view port is re-scaled to show the
complete z-axis of all data objects.
This function is only used with 3D
